The change is impressive. The softer lighting makes the scene look more natural, with the background and green hue making the scene look more like a forest. The painted looks gives the impression of rain or fog obscuring the background as it should, so it works perfectly. Also, the water has been greatly improved, with the reflection and refraction making it look more real, as well as the slightly higher water level giving it some weight and presence in the scene.

If I had a critique, it would be the skirt. With it being soaking wet, it should have more weight to it. It should be smoother with rounder wrinkles, forming a sort of U-shape. As it is, it looks like it is sort of fluffed up or rigid, particularly on the top curve. The hand holding the skirt up could use a bit of improvement, but it isn't so off that it looks distracting. The thumb should be rotated to have the thumbnail facing the viewer (or even a bit downward toward the ground), and there should probably be a bit of a bump on the rest of the hand to represent the knuckles where the fingers connect to the palm.

Very nice work, the improvement is clear, particularly with the coloring and water effects. Also, this is my first critique, so sorry if it isn't what you were looking for. This is definitely one of my favorite pieces from you, so I'm glad you came back to it. Sorry I didn't comment when the changes were initially made.
